  New Bhopalpura
This is one of the earliest projects executed by the company. Land measuring 40 Bigas, situated at Bhopalpura Road in Udaipur which is now a city centre, purchased during 1998-99, was developed and all requisite civil amenities were arranged. Subsequent to landscaping and plantation, and was sold to various buyers. A combination of residential houses and plotted dwellings, is a classic example of value addition in Real Estate in the city as price of this land has appreciated over 80 times during the intervening period of 19 years.
 
  Panch Ratna Vihar
Purchased 30 Bigas of land Very close to Fateh Sagar Lake at Udaipur, during 2008-09. After developing the land with plantation, lights and roads. Entire project was completed within 2 years. The land which was sold at an average price of Rs. 150 Per Sq. Ft. has reached to price of Rs. 750 Per Sq. Ft.
 
  Maharana Pratap Enclave
Purchased 25 Bigas of land just opposite to Maharana Pratap Airport at Udaipur, during 2009-10. After developing the land, constructed Farm-Houses and sold the same. Entire project was completed within 1.5 years. Appreciation of land prices here, again represents a boom unprecedented. The land which was sold at an average price of Rs. 200 Per Sq. Ft. has reached to price of Rs. 450 Per Sq. Ft. in just a short time.
